Dwayne Allen Dail !
somehow - the tv news just woke me up !
i just heard the good news !
on the tv news today at 5:50am - eastern time
(yeah i guess we are an hour ahead of this forum's time)

that little b*stard fob asian snuck in here
while i was on my way to the courthouse on friday 8/24/2007
and he set the clocks about an hour ahead
hoping i would not notice it
so then i would go to the courthouse at the wrong time this friday
on 8/31/2007
trying to keep me from testifying against him
so yeah it was 4:40 am when i woke up today
and not 5:50am - like my (sabotaged) clocks said
sabotage is a deliberate action aimed at weakening an enemy
(yep he made me an enemy)__

you see once upon a time
dwayne's brother kenny dail
used to come to my home almost everynight
and play the guitar
i was there at the band house on that dreadful day that
dwayne came and told me he was wrongfully going to prison for
18 and life to go
on that day back in the 80s - dwayne dail told me that
a black guy climbed into a 12 year old's bedroom window and
had sex with a white 12 year old girl
popping her cherry and leaving blood all over her bed
so her parents knew something had happened
because of the blood all over her and her bed
the white 12 year old girl
did not want her parents to know that
she had had sex with a black guy
so she lied to her parents and told them that it was dwayne dail
that she had had sex with
so dwayne dail got put in prison at around age 18 for
18 and life to go
well actually they gave dwayne dail
2 life sentences plus 18 years
back in 1987 - 1989

and all those times - i had thought about dwayne
his parents told me that he had sent them a letter telling them that
the only good thing about prison was that
he had got saved by god and jesus in prison
yeah i remember dwayne even took me and showed me
the house and the bedroom window
that he was being charged (18 and life to go) for

yeah i like dwayne dail and i like kenny dail
they have one other older brother that i didn't like
because once dwayne's oldest brother
(i forgot his name)
had been mean and violent toward me
yeah you know i am thinking the same thing
just like everybody else
i wonder if they will pay dwayne dail a large law suit for
illegally holding him in prison since he was 18-19 years old
from 1989 - 2007
and i also think dwayne ought to sue that 12 year old white girl
for lying to her parents -because
she put dwayne in prison (for life) just to cover up for that black guy
hey come on wns - lets all pull for (white looking) dwayne dail !
who went to prison for 2 life sentences plus 18 years
behind a dam (narcissistic) fob black guy

yeah i am just reminiscing about those good ole days
when i was with it - the band
even in 2007 - still through word of mouth and emails
arell has sent me his new telephone number
wanting me to come back and start a new band with him
(yet i have been continually hesitating - since about 2003)
yeah sometimes i think they just want to take all the credit
for all the songs i help write
(narcissistic) arell - putting just his name on every song
(even my carny songs and bible songs)

* i still have a guitar - yet
i don't even feel like playing it anymore
every since my eyes started hurting me bad - in 2003/2004
when my photophobia got worse and
i started always wearing the darkest eye safety glasses - in 2005
even though arell didn't really know that
i am a white albino
with type 1 sensitive skin and nystagmus and photophobia
(maybe just because i am french vanilla = undercover albino)
how do i explain it to him - to make him understand ?

(back in 1993-1994 - when our marriage was breaking up)
he gave me a whole cassette tape with songs he wrote about me
and my 2 daughters
back then he said he wrote the song You - about me
oh oh you send me - oh, oh cindy ...
and best of all you keep me in (guitar) tune
(but i figure he might have already told 100 girls that by now)
well i am just surprised he finally put that song on the internet
after i quit on him for good - in 2004
(i guess i always have a weak spot for him - since he is my ex husband)
yeah i still got all our cassette tapes
i know it sounds bad but
now dwayne dail - just reminds me of
our two good guitar players - kenny dail and arellspencer
yeah - arell still wants me to go back to him
but i am scared because
i just always wear dark safety glasses now - for photophobia
and i don't feel like listening to everyone

yeah i just got so sad
that i just stopped checking my emails
after his last email letter to me
asking me to come back to him
(so then he started sending me messages through word of mouth)
now maybe i should cheer up enough
to start checking my emails again
he wants me to come to his house (and maybe also bring my guitar)
yet i don't like to go to his house
always wearing dark glasses - for photophobia
(yeah just another sad part - about a white albinos life)
i guess - our govs didn't want us to know
that they breeded us into white albinos
because they didn't want to make us depressed

it is just that my depression today
has something to do with me being bipolar
because i was hyper/hypo yesterday and last night
now today i have come back down - into depression
dam i guess i am going to have to take a shrink pill today
i still have some old wellbutrin
and/or some new risperidone
oh god - my bipolar was kicking in

alright i saw dwayne, his mom, sister, dad and brothers
on the tv news today
dwayne said
i have been in so many prisons and treated so roughly that

in just a few days
yeah i guess he has not had any alcohol in 18 years
since the last time i talked to him - back in the 1980s
