one of my friends works for the city
today he had to go do funeral burial for the city
many people put flowers, easter baskets, christmas trees, christmas reefs, toys, coins, etc... on graves
my friend has to keep the grass cut around all the graves.
the city has put an ad in the paper now telling everyone to stop putting all that stuff on the graves and that no matter the cost, that stuff will be thrown away
meaning
when city workers like my friend pick that stuff up it is to be thrown into the garbage now when cutting the grass
