cooking out on the grill i do not have to have charcoal i use oak sticks of wood in place of charcoal
set newspapers down in the grill prop oak sticks of wood up teepee style and light a fire just like you would in a wood stove fireplace it has to be oak wood to get the good flavor it turns the food a nice brown color and it flavors the food
i guess some might call it hickory smoked i call it oaked smoked it taste good
